Replay Sports collects new and slightly used sports equipment

and then provides them at no charge to local youth teams.

HISTORY:

Replay Sports, Westlake was founded in 2009. We are a branch of the Replay Sports group in Highland Park (Dallas), Texas. Replay Sports is a group of Westlake High School student athletes who collect used sports equipment and deliver it to low-income youth sports programs in the greater Austin area. The goal of Replay Sports is that the collected equipment will benefit young athletes who need it to participate in their chosen sport.

 

 COLLECTION DATES:

Replay Sports will host 1 collection drive per year in late-summer/early-fall. Collection date for 2011 is Saturday, October 22, 2011 9 am – 2 pm at Chaps Stadium.

 

BENEFICIARIES:

Beneficiaries for 2011 are the Boys and Girls Clubs of Austin (17 chapters), The Boys and Girls Club of Bastrop, Pop Warner Football, and the New Horizon Lacrosse Fund.
